Website revamp: SEO, AEO, GEO and UI/UX in one project
How we rebuilt a business website so visitors find it easier to use, search engines and AI assistants understand it better, and it is ready for advertising from day one.
What the project covered
- SearchSEO, AEO, GEO
- ExperienceUI/UX, templates
- TechnicalFixes, structure
What did Techno Experts do in this website revamp?
We rebuilt the whole website instead of patching it. That meant a new design, clean templates, technical SEO fixes, a clear page structure with breadcrumbs, content written for search engines and AI assistants, and landing pages ready for advertising. The result is one site that works for visitors, for Google and for paid campaigns.
Quick facts
- Client: a business website in India, name withheld.
- Work: UI/UX redesign, technical SEO, SEO strategy, AEO, GEO, advertising landing pages.
- Approach: audit first, then fix the foundation, then build and optimise.
Where the website started
Most websites that need a revamp share the same problems. This project was no different.
- Pages looked inconsistent because each template had been built at a different time.
- Technical errors such as duplicate titles, missing descriptions and weak internal links held back search visibility.
- The page structure was unclear, with no breadcrumbs, so neither visitors nor Google could see how pages relate.
- Content did not answer questions directly, so AI assistants had little to quote.
- There were no focused landing pages for advertising, so ad traffic landed on general pages.
What we did
- 01
Audit and SEO strategy
We reviewed the site, the competitors and the keywords buyers use. From that we wrote an SEO strategy that decides which pages to build, fix or merge.
- 02
UI/UX redesign
We redesigned the look and the journey so a visitor reaches the right page in a few clicks and finds a clear next step, on mobile first.
- 03
Fix every template
Home, service, product, blog, contact and listing templates were rebuilt on one design system so every page looks and behaves the same.
- 04
Technical SEO fixes
We fixed titles, descriptions, headings, canonical tags, sitemaps, redirects, broken links, image sizes and page speed.
- 05
Structure and breadcrumbs
We reorganised pages into clear groups, added breadcrumbs with schema and strengthened internal links between related pages.
- 06
AEO: answer engine optimisation
Pages now open with a short, direct answer, followed by quick facts and FAQs, so search features and assistants can pick up the answer.
- 07
GEO: generative engine optimisation
We added structured data, clear entity details and trustworthy sources so AI tools can describe the business correctly.
- 08
Advertising landing pages
We built focused landing pages with one message, one form and fast loading, ready for Google Ads and social campaigns.
What the client received
Results differ for every website. We measure clicks, impressions, average position and enquiries before and after, and we share those numbers with the client directly.

Common questions
What is included in a website revamp?
A revamp covers design and user experience, all page templates, technical SEO fixes, site structure and breadcrumbs, an SEO strategy, content for AEO and GEO, and landing pages for advertising.
What are AEO and GEO?
AEO means answer engine optimisation: writing pages so search features can show a direct answer. GEO means generative engine optimisation: making your business easy for AI assistants to understand and describe correctly.
Will I lose my existing rankings during a revamp?
We plan redirects, keep the pages that already earn traffic and check the site after launch, so ranking loss is kept as low as possible.
Can you revamp my website too?
Yes. Share your website and we will review it and tell you what is realistic and what to fix first.
